It’s if it’s time and I loved it. I know there was probably a script but the whole movie feels like Caan and Arkin were told to just improvise and screw around with each other, the supporting characters and even the whole city. A total blast that is really insane. I’m not sure if it is but it might be the first buddy cop parody.
